Drive-through Shots

In Virginia, health officials have taken part in an exercise to prepare for the possibility of a flu pandemic by offering a drive-through flu-shot clinic.

This is in hopes of being able to judge the approximate number of shots they can give out in a real disaster. Nurses will give 400 free flu vaccines on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only those in vehicles will receive a shot, and participants must be wearing short sleeve shirts.

An interesting idea for sure.
